Owen Stanton Reifenberger finally arrived through a scheduled c-section at 3:19pm today. Mommy and Baby are doing well. You are reading the scale right, Owen tipped in at 10 lbs 12 oz! Even if Jody had attempted a VBAC, we probably would have had a c-section in the end anyway.

Ahoy Matey! Thar Be a Whale in your Belly!
Owen Stanton Reifenberger finally arrived through a scheduled c-section at 3:19pm today. Mommy and Baby are doing well. You are reading the scale right, Owen tipped in at 10 lbs 12 oz! Even if Jody had attempted a VBAC, we probably would have had a c-section in the end anyway.

Wow.....I just weighed Ellie and she tipped the scales at 10.5 lbs and that was with diaper/onesie/pjs and after a full feeding! So I guess it is official.... Owen at birth weighs more than Ellie at 11 weeks and 3 days!!!!
