Latest Trick

This picture was taken just this morning. Anne really mastered sitting up on her own during our vacation. She seems to have very little interest in crawling at this point. Just too content laying there on the floor looking around and playing with what's there. According to my mom, Jaime and I were a bit late with crawling and walking so we're not expecting much anytime soon. We'll keep you posted though...ha! that's a blogger joke.

Anne's First Christmas!

Well, lots of photos here to post of Anne's first Christmas. We had a great time visiting with many family and friends. No pics yet of the Reifenberger Christmas. I think Jeff was letting Ron play photographer, so we'll be getting those files soon. Enjoy!

6 Month Pictures

Anne is almost 6 months old! How the time has flown by. It seems just like yesterday that Jody's water unexpectantly broke and we scrambled to the hospital during morning rush hour traffic in the middle of a rain storm. By noon of that day we discovered that we had a new daughter named Anne. To celebrate this momentous occasion, Jody took Anne to get her formal 6 month pictures with a professional photographer. For now, you will all have to settle for Jody's pictures of Anne in her dress taken just before they left for the professional pictures.

A Visit From Grandma and Grandpa Reifenberger

Last week, Jeff's parents were in town for a conference. We enjoyed a great visit, tasty meals together and also got to visit with some of our friends from Spain.

Anne's First Meal

Anne is quickly approaching 6 months and it is time to start her on solid foods. Her first meal consisted of a mixture of breast milk and rice cereal. To be honest I think someone's first meal should be ice cream, but Jody would not listen to me. As you can see in the video Anne quickly got into the whole experience grabbing the spoon from mommy and stuffing it in her mouth. What can I say, she is a Reifenberger through and through.
