California Adventure

Our favorite ride was in Carsland. They did a great job re-creating scenes from the movie Cars.

We decided to stay a second day and visit California adventure for the first time. We all had a great time and were pretty worn out by end of the day. Is was so great having my parents with us.

Good citizen

Anne  received an award today at school for responsibility. Each month two students from each class are selected to receive a good citizen award. These awards go to students who display the characteristics  of a good citizen. This month's characteristic was responsibility. We are very proud of Anne.

Baby showers

I had the privilege of flying to Austin to spend a weekend with Jen & Josh to attend Jen's baby shower. Her due date is the 24th of February. I, of course, am rooting for the 16th. Seeing as I gave birth on her birthday, she owes me. It's the least she could do. 😉

Dr. Mattson's office was a huge success. We just hope they are still there in 6 months. 😋

A visit with Jim and Marilyn

We were so thankful to get to spend an evening with Jim & Marilyn. They were in our first small group at Windsor Road Christian Church. Jim baptized Jeff and read scripture at our wedding. We hadn't seen them for 9 years!  They have been such a blessing to us.
