Morning jammy pics
I'm not sure I'll ever get over how big this kid is. Owen was 8 weeks old yesterday. We're very curious to see over the years if he stays on the large side of things or slows down a bit. Jeff and I are pretty sure he's going to stay a bruiser. He's doing great though and able to hold his head up a bit now! Life is starting to have a bit more of a routine and pattern to things, which is nice. We're not going much longer than 4 1/2 hours at night still, but I'm hoping this will change soon. I'm not feeling too sleep deprived though. We all tend to have a family nap together in the afternoon which helps me catch up.
Home Projects Continue
Matt and Jeff continue to do home projects together, which is just wonderful. Promotes bonding of brothers and makes for happy wives as well. This past Saturday, Matt helped Jeff install a ceiling fan in our living room. Poor guys, spent all day working on it. But now is works and looks great. Unfortunately, there's still a gap between the ceiling and the fan, so we have to find an appropriate spacer, but Jeff is quite proud of their accomplishment (as he should be) and has turned the fan on every night since and commented how pleasant the temperature and breeze is in the room!

Anne on the Phone
Who is Anne talking too for nearly 2 minutes? Is it her friend Evie, her cousin Ellie, daddy at work, grandma, grandpa, or uncle David? No one really knows, but she definitely is having an intense conversation.
Anne and Owen 'Play'
Anne is such a good big sister. Here is a video of Anne and Owen playing. You even catch a little smile from Owen.

Smiles!
This is not an April Fool's Prank
This is the beauty we awoke to yesterday morning. This snow was actually pretty heavy. From the looks of it initially it seemed this tree was slumped over due to the weight of the snow, but on closer look, one of the branches has actually snapped. Looks like another weekend project in the works. I was actually feeding Owen in the spare bedroom yesterday morning and heard a branch brush against the window, but was obviously distracted by other tasks and didn't actually look out there until later and saw the branch had broken.
